The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.00 per order.
For orders over €50.00, shipping is free.
International Deliveries:
We charge the following flat rates for international shipping:
Austria: €14.99
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, and international deliveries within 5 - 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-pickup, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
